940 no start - could use your help!

Hi -

My '93 940 (non-turbo) won't start.
Yesterday it was losing power, especially when trying to accelerate, but was idling fine, and starting right up. Then after sitting for a few hours it wouldn't start.
The engine cranks fine and occasionally fires for moment. It will run for a few seconds after spraying starting fluid into the throttle body.
I haven't tried to check codes.
None of the fuses are blown. I hear a bunch of relays click when I turn the ignition on, but I don't know if I'm hearing the fuel pump or not.
I'm reading the FAQs and trying to decide where to start, but would certainly appreciate any hints any of you might have.
