swapping motors - B230FT

I have a high mileage 1991 B230Ft (in a 940T) that I would like to swap out for a lower mileage engine. The replacement engine I have available is a 1994 B230FT. Are there modifications i will need to make to the car in order to use this newer version, or is it a simple drop-in?
