B27 in a 140? 140-160

Wise choice. The early V-6s were plagued with cam oiling issues. Any lack of religious oil change interval and they were toast. The later engines rectified this with a redesign, and by then the damage was done. Still, issues abounded, like replacing water pumps (UGH!) and other nightmares. Parts availability is an issue as well. You'll be best off finding another vehicle with a good running similar engine, or another complete vehicle, depending on how much time, space, equipment and talent you possess.
