front windscreen install 120-130

The most difficult part of this install is getting the glass and trim into the rubber and keeping it there, installing that package into the opening commonly takes maybe five minutes.I have seen several 120 and 1800 installs where the installer became frustrated and ended up leaving the exterior trim work off.If the w/s is partially installed and the lube has had time to dry,you probably need to back up and re-prep the installation with fresh lube, also check the opening really well for obstructions(old dried up sealant or bodywork slag). The rope is very helpful for installation, also a "hook tool"(a radiator hose tool with a dulled tip)works well, only to be used inside the car to pull the rubber in.Keep metal tools away from glass and paintwork.
good luck
