Compression at altitude 120-130

Whenever people post compression test results, I always see others post some unrealistic numbers like "I got 210psi on a rebuilt B23E". Are their test being done at the dead sea? Are they running 120 octane gas to keep it from pinging?

I know I get some lower numbers because I'm 5280ft, and just wondering how to adjust for it to do some comparisons.
