E-code Light upgrade 700 1991

I have 2 91 turbo wagons, 740 & 940. Plastic 2 lamp w/ fogligts on the 740 & glass 2 lamps w/ foglights on the 940.

I am looking for a package (prefer)to upgrade to E-codes. All the FAQ links just showed individual lights.

If someone has done this I'd appreciate some kind of kit source or a list of items needed & sources. Any other info. is greatly appreciated.
