I'm in Northeast Ohio. Only have emissions, no state inspection. Maybe a good used turbo would be better though. Don't think I have the time or energy for this though (have done most things besides engine/tranny). What would I expect to pay to have someone swap engines? Obviously cost of engine would be dependent on mileage, has it been rebuilt etc.
