Anyone know the static timing on a B16B?

It has a Bosch VJU 4 BR 20 vacuum advance distributor.
I had set it to 5 degrees BTC static and it does seem to run well but sometimes is a bit stubborn turning over. Just realized today that maybe it should be somewhat more retarded since it has a vacuum advance dist.

An ancient green book that I have says 20 - 22 degrees at 1500 rpm which is fine, but when I put my 12V timing light on it but the six volt system just does not provide enough brightness to see the timing marks.

I just figured I'd check if anyone has a static timing setting.
