Lost that rubber thing to keep ramp from sliding - substitute?

I have those molded plastic black ramps and lost the molded rubber 2" square with the hole in the middle that keeps it from sliding when I drive my cars up on it (probably my wife saw it, didn't know what it was and tossed it)(why didn't the mfr. just glue it in?). Any ideas of what I could use to glue in there to keep it from sliding? Thanks.
