Parking brake warning light 120-130

So twice now I've taken a short drive and have forgotten to remove the parking brake. Surprisingly the 122 pulls with it on much better than any other car I've owned. Just acts like it's cold, lacking power.

Has anyone wired the parking brake to illuminate a warning light? I don't want to kill my parking brake with these accidental occurances.
