`92 245 potential purchase

Hi,
I`m usually lurking around the FWD forum but just received an email from a friend who lives 2000 miles away & she is asking about a `92 245 which has apparently only 70K(unconfirmed) on it, no rust & looks really clean. What should I advise her to look for on this car. I owned a number of early `80`s 240`s but I imagine that many of the typical problems of that era were resolved by the end of production. BTW, owner is asking $3500 which seems high but.....!
That`s as much info as I have at this point.
