vpd cam 120-130

I think VPD puts out some excellent product. Years of trial and error combined with some math have allowed them to offer "tried and true" product. I have no doubt whatsoever that their products will perform to the level advertised.
That having been said, I ordered an all steel timing set for my B20 last year. Paid a premium but that was to be expected. What I didn't expect was it to be a stock Cloyes item. How fast can you afford to go has always been a limiter for me as I have several drivable Volvos; noneare stock. I ended up using a VV71 cam from Isky; Rhys told me this was as agressive as I wanted to go w/o rattling the SU's at idle. I've been very satisfied. They grind them to order and have a wide selection available for B18/20's. They also offer the lightweight SBC lifters and longer push rods as well as the double springs. Their price is very good as they are not filling a "niche" market but rather selling cams of every description to the general public.
