I'd remove the OD and tranny as one unit. They aren't too heavy. I did the m40 by itself on my back on low stands it wasn't stressful at all. With two folks and the OD I think it will pose no problems. Transmission to bell-housing are tricky, but patience, 10" extender, a u-joint, and some penetrating oil worked well for me. All in all it was much easier and straight forward than I had anticipated. Have fun!
