As the others have said, if it's pretty rust free, it's worth rebuilding.

If you can't find anything closer to you (I'm outside Portland Oregon), I've got a few cars in the field that I can cut parts off of to help the rebuild as well as a few fenders and stuff about. I have one good nose at the moment but it may go to the IPD garage sale/swap this weekend. Let me know if you want the nose and (with a deposit) I can set it aside for you....
