Why not just fix it ?? 700 1990

Why not just fix it ? Cheap & easy repair. As others have said you won't ruin car(tough engines & trannys these are) but will have a noisy ride and have poor mileage. If problem is with a bad wire up top inside car you won't even have to go under car and won't even get dirty. Much info in FAQ and thruout Brickboard on this problem & repair. It is unfortunately pretty common.
