240 DL Conversion question

I have inherited a 1992 Volvo 240DL from my mother that runs great, however I am contemplating a radical move....I would like to do an electric conversion, to change my car into a 240 "Voltvo" Would like some thoughts and any conversion shops in New England, preferably Vermont, New Hampshire or Ma. Thanks, Bill
