You'll need to get all of the mineral oil out of the system and then fill with PAG oil for 134a. Also, I would recommend that you switch over to a parallel-flow condenser. It will make a noticeable difference in your system's performance, especially with 134a.

I hope you're planning on making/buying new hoses.
