Power seat issue - 740

My power seats have been working fine - no noises, issues, etc. Tonight however I had a SNAFU. I removed the driver's seat to replace the driver's side carpet. When I replaced it, I plugged it in, then moved it back to access the front mounting bolts. When I went to move it back forward, it moved about 2-3" then stopped. The motor is definitely working - you can see the cable tense up - but it will not move past that point. It will move all the way back again, then forward about 2-3" and stop again in that same spot. The track looks fine.

Any ideas?
