Balancing a drive shaft

Possibly one of the caps is too tight. Did you give each one a few reliefe whacks from the side after pressing in to relieve stress? If you don't whack on the side of the yoke with a heavy hammer after pressing in the yoke can bind on the ujoint bearing caps. When you whack on it, it relieves the stress
