Yep, upon closer inspection I probably got a little vigoruos trying to tighten the POS. I felt more confident in this model as it appears to be the old "metal version"...but as you can see the one plastic piece is what failed.
I guess I am just going to have to add it to the list of items I change religiously around 30k miles. Very low res pics but here they are.
