1990-240 securing exciter wire to alternator

A simple change from a spade to a ring connector will take care of the "slipping off" problem.

Maybe it's just me, but I really like those "water proof" connectors that you crimp on – that have the built in heat sync tubing. (Found at all the regular parts stores)

My experience is that some of the interior melts into a liquid, and that helps delay/stop the corrosion that happens so easily to copper here in the humid south!
