I'm with Derek. It would be a shame to see that car find it's way into the crusher. There were less than 30000 of the '60-'61 model years made, according to vlvworld, and how many made it to North America? And that two tone paint job looks terrific on the Amazon and those wide whitewalls are very swoopy. If it wasn't all the way across the continent, I would be interested.

Buy it and restore it, even if it takes years and cubic money. :-)
