No harm done. Just remove ATF drain plug below car and let it all run out into an appropriate container. 3 quarts+ will come out. Refill with 2.5 quarts. Bring to proper temperature and check level with car in park and e-brake applied, while on nice level ground. Add small amounts as needed to bring to perfect level.
