A/C Compressor Fuse Blowing S90-V90 1997

Got a 1997 S90 that started blowing its A/C Compressor fuse. Took it in and they said I was a lb low on Freon...they serviced the system, changed the fuse and it worked. When I picked up the car, no cold air. I have blown a 15A, 20A and 25A fuse. Any thoughts?
