Buy the cam, lifters, pushrods, springs & retainers from Isky. Ask for a dual pattern cam: VV-61 intake & VV-71 exhaust or VV-71 intake with VV-81 exhaust. When you are sticking to the stock valves, more duration really helps a B20, especially if you have a 2.25" or 2.5" exhaust with a B20E engine pipe. The only way I would consider a single pattern cam is if you are building a low compression engine to run on low octane unleaded. Take the springs with your head to the machine shop & get them to enlarge the spring pocket to suit.

I'd forget the 40mm DHLA's, unless you are an expert at tuning the things because in the end, they only flow enough air for a stock B20E. (Have a look at the power output of the 2 litre Alfa that these DHLA's come from & you will see the reason that the all iron pushrod B20B 142 is faster that the Hemi head aluminium DOHC Alfa)

If you are stuck with 40's, you would actually be better off using a just one on the single Lynx manifold, because it will give you some more bottom end grunt because of the proven crossover 360° design. (One throat for 1&4, the other throat for 2&3)
