I found a working replacement wiring plug with spring and washer that fits into the 122S reflector housing at my local truck stop. Info on the 2-wire pigtail with spring and washer is as follows; Barjan p/n 049-3341350
1-wire pigtails are also available, p/n 049-3341150 price $1.39 to $1.99.
