Brute force and torque are not the answer. 200

IMO you're more apt to succeed with light, controlled impact.

Soak the fitting nut area with the faith-based penetrant of your choice, then apply moderate (2-finger) torque on a good-fitting flare wrench and tap the wrench with a small to medium hammer (in both directions) down near the fitting.
Try it. It just might work for you too.
