Which test kit??? 200 1982

Thanks Art. During the course of the afternoon I found the link to your site and went through the pix there. Excellent pictorial and editorial work as always.

While waiting for the kit to arrive, if time allows, I think I'm going to pull the CPR again and experiment with removing the inner spring up top. If this makes any difference in the hesitation, at least I'll have confirmed suspicions about control pressure. I'm still wondering about the difference in springs between the two CPRs I have.

I must say, thinking back to our 78 GT, (and then seeing your pix) I looked at the kit on line and said "wow, hope I never have to do this on an NA car". Earlier this year I got our B21 Bertone running by disassembling the fuel distributor right were it sits, under the plenum, with an offset and a stubby screwdriver. I got the top off, freed the plunger, and only managed to loose one sealing washer, but my knuckles may never be the same.

Back to the kit: Is the $39 setup the way to go, or do you not get all the neat little connections unless you spend the extra $30?

Thanks, as always,
Dave
