S90 Engine Into '92 960 S90-V90

You should be able to do this even with the changes made since '92.

A great benefit will be using the wider timing belt and the longer interval.

Does the new engine have everything on it? Most important will be the bracket for the accessories, power steering pump alt and a/c compressor, that bracket accommodates the wider tbelt.

One snag might be the coolant sensor, older has two sensors, one for the gauge and one for the computer. The new block has a hole for the rear temp sensor for the computer, but never seen one in person, don't know if there is a removable plug in its place.

I am sure there are other items to consider, there are a couple of members who change engines for a living and their input should be valuable.

Keep us posted
