Emissions Testing - Regular or Super 900

I don't think that CT tests the car with a load on the engine, so the type of gasoline doesn't matter. I would still avoid 'regular' gasoline for driving because it is not good for the engine.

Premium and middle grades of gasoline have better cleaners than regular to keep your injectors and valves clean, plus they will not pre-detonate when you are going up hill which causes the engine to consume more gasoline than needed.

The difference in price between the grades is only 10 cents/gallon, so when you put in 15 gallons to fill up the tank, it equates to $1.50 to $3 more. Not a budget breaker and better for the engine.
