Ignition problems 1800 1969

Good question. I am not sure how I would tell if it is grounded or not.

Readindings with the ignition on are:
13-14 volts on the + terminal of the coil.
Same with the center wire that goes to the distributor cap.
The reading on the - terminal of the coil is 0 volts with points closed or 14 volts with points open.
I get 3 ohms resistance with ign off across the + & - terminals.

From what i have read, this all seems correct. How can i tell if its grounded?
