John,
If your car is a Regina, I don't think it will have EGR, so the front pipe you'd need is 9139285, same as my Regina '93 940.

Below is a pic showing the tranny bracket and the loopy steel rod connection to the pipe, where it's held down by 2 bolts and special curved "plate" washers (the 2 rusty things in the pic). There's a 3rd bolt and cup washer clamping the front part of the spring.



BTW, the replacement front pipes don't have the heat shields. The OE pipe is a work of art compared to the aftermarket ones.But its $171 +shipping from Tasca.
