Windshield wiper part question 200 1989

Those wiper arm covers that go over the nut of the arm, (same ones that cover the tail gate wipers) x3 on a wagon where can you find those?... Other than junkyard... the dealership?
what about those gaskets that go over the "Euro" wiper's hole, by the headlights? Other than duck tape.. seems like it might be one of those obsolete parts again.
