SRS = airbag. Has nothing to do with the car running or not. May have been tripped b/c of the larger electrical problem your car seems to be having.

If you have a check engine light on, then you have codes to pull. See the FAQ:
http://www.brickboard.com/FAQ/700-900/EngineOBDCodes.htm Find out what the car thinks is wrong with itself and post back with that info.

11.6 volts is too low, either the alternator is not charging correctly or something is on/shorted and draining your battery. Supposed to be 12.6 volts.
