keep the offset the same... pushing that much out probably wouldn't even fit under the fenders.

And I wouldn't go 7"... that's awful wide unless you're racing. I'd go 5.5 or 6" if I had the choice. That allows for a 195-205 section tire. Plenty wide enough, again.. unless you are racing.

Yea, 7" can and will work. Folks have done it. I've got 15x7" Jeep wheels on my 1800, but it's close both inside and out.
