Find a non-leaking junkyard rack from another 240 (any 81-up should do). Or, as Timmins says - Jorgen. FCP Groton's catalog states that the racks they supply are Jorgen, but they sent me a rebuild by Atlantic Auto Enterprises and it leaked and turned harder to left than right. With the installation labour, cross-border shipping, duty, taxes, etc. I'll be out a bunch of $$ even if FCP refund my purchase price - which they indicate they will do.
I now have a Jorgen ordered directly from their plant. Visually a much better finished-off unit than the Atlantic.
Moral: if buying a reman, get a Jorgen right from them. Ask them to invoice the rack only, and put the core charge on a separate bill. Otherwise CBSA will charge you duty and taxes on the $150 core along with the $250 reman rack. Jorgen do not give you free shipping, but supply a prepaid return shipping label, so net cost works out the same.
