I have a broken mirror, and I have a good donor... I don't know how to remove the plastic cover. Is there a brickboard site that will show how to remove the outer cover? I can't figure out how to remove the plastic cover/lockring. If I get that off, the rest I can do, just afraid of breaking the plastic.

I have the useless Haynes book, and it says there is a clip toward the bottom of the mirror from the outside. I can't seem to find it (or I don't know what to feel for).

Any help is appreciated, as usual;
