Beck/Arnley generally rebrand other makers' parts, or have parts made to spec by various manufacturers.
As such, their quality varies widely.
Sachs are generally very good. LUK and Valeo are also safe bets.
I would only pick the Beck/Arnley item if I could inspect it prior to purchase or I had testimonial as to the quality.
That said, I've gotten a bunch of B/A parts recently on closeout including motor mounts for a 122 (made in India and of dubious quality, but for about $5 each) and a couple Mazda master cylinders of fairly nice quality (didn't check the label for manufacture, but at $25 each versus 90-120). At those prices, I'll put up with the duds (and use them where they won't hurt anything).
