if the OD has the right angle drive for the speedo cable still attached may just.... reach. But usually the right angle drive is long gone. I had a local shop make me one (it is a common thing to make speedo cables for hot rods etc....cost $30 or so....brought the old cable in and asked for them to make another that was 12" longer.
