I'm not sure this is a good deal because it eliminates the positive crankcase ventilation.
If you have positive pressure in the crankcase you will be blowing some oil out the cap.
If you have negative pressure in the crankcase the wire mesh is not a good enough filter.
Better off to clean your flame trap and do it right.
BTW early B30s had a closed cap with no hose barb and two fittings on the valve cover.
