Probably fairly expensive.
I've never seen them spot-welded together. What usually holds them together is the lug bolts.
They are knurled and pressed in from the inside.
You can also drive them with a hammer.
I have done it (on a 145) with a lug nut but both the bolt and the nut have to have
very good threads and a couple greased washers between the flat side of the nut and the
disk flange surface. Otherwise you will strip the threads.
