$100, and that's not a low-ball offer, but rather generous! I'm seeing 240s for $850-$900 in reportedly good condition (at least they drive). A clutch kit will cost $267 from VLVWORLD.COM or O'Reilly, 5 hours labor to install $300-$500, smog $30, and whatever other repairs need to be done.
