Accelerator Pump on weber 120-130

At wide open throttle it works fine and yes fuel gets pushed into the carb. The problem I get is that on soft or low throttle the car bogs down and doesnt want to move. You have to feather the throttle to get the car going and when you floor it, it runs like a bat out of hell. My problem is only when taking off it bogs down.
