Brake problem solved. Feedback. 200

Hi Art,

Yes, I replaced the hose along with the check valve as my first attempt. Then I replaced the booster. The hose was purchased at CarQuest. The guy said it would be good for the job. So far it has worked great. On the hose it says:

Gates 11/32 VL 1/26/07 CSO 12607 X1

He said something about it actually being transmission oil cooler hose.

My car must have had some small vacuum leak in there for a long time.?.? It now idles smoother than I can remember.
