Fixing windshield wiper switch 200

I think I might just drill out the rivets and replace with nuts and bolts so I can fix it.

A used switch would probably only cost you around $10.00 at a salvage yard and would be a good item to have on hand prior to drilling out the rivets, which by the way should only be done in a controlled environment to aid in locating flying parts.
