lovebugfans.net has VW Herbie graphics, perhaps that would lead you to proper size/font etc.

If you're building #53 they are ready made. I've seen 2 "Herbies" running around in past year.

A rally Amazon GT with #123 would be cool. Please let us see photos when finished.
