I suspect the short/black one is later model of the 2.
It came in '66 122 I got from original owner, looks like it's never been out of boot. The original tool kit with Volvo adjustable spanner and Volvo screwdrivers are there too.

The tall/green one came with a '66 122 that had been through many...too many hands...no telling what the jack was from.
