CIS issues 140-160 1974

It's best to narrow it down to fuel or spark, and that's easy. Pull the coil to distributor wire and check for a spark. If none, I'd suspect that the breaker points are frosted over with corrosion. If spark, I'd suspect the plunger is stuck in the fuel distributor.
Probably it's spark - but rather than anyone guessing, determine one or the other first.
