Add condensed blow-by build-up in the throttle body and idle valve (aka clean the throttle body and valve) also well illustrated in the 7/9 FAQ.

After getting the codes, reset the ECU by lifting fuse #6 momentarily, and give it 10 miles or so to re-learn.
