Window Molding 700 1985

My 1985 740 GLE is showing its age where the molding on the front and rear window the rubber is breaking off due to age. Volvo no longer makes some of the pieces and appears to be quickly making none at all. Is there any way to refurbish the molding or find replacements from other sources.
